See the information about the comments in my sidebar ? Well, it’s code I’ve written. At first, I just left it in sidebar.php, but then, what the heck, let’s make a plugin out of this.
You can grab it here if you want.
It doesn’t have all the platforms and browsers, but if you’re in need of one that isn’t there, just add it, like the others are in dcs.php file.

Se visitar esta página do seu site http://www.apeadeiro.org/?m=20080114, o plugin já não aparece no seu sitio devido. O problema deve estar no tema do blogue e não no plugin.

O problema é que o corpo do texto é inferior em altura à sidebar.
Isso já acontecia antes do plugin. É uma questão de arranjar a CSS.
